How to Make and Cancel an Appointment

 

Book face-to-face or remote appointments with your GP, nurse or clinician at a time that suits you.

Your details and information are protected by the highest standards of online security, so all you need to worry about is what to do with the spare time you’ve earnt.

Appointments

To make an appointment: telephone our reception on 0207 837 8559,  visit our reception during opening hours or online via our website.  We also have a telephone automated service which operates 24 hours a day so you can book, cancel and amend your appointment via the telephone. People with urgent problems are seen on the day.  To register for online services you will need to bring photo identification into the surgery and a password will be issued.

If your condition is non-urgent, you can expect to see a GP within two working days, though you may have to wait longer if you want to see a particular GP.

If you don’t need an appointment within two working days, you also have the option to book up to 8 weeks in advance if this is more convenient for you.  Jo Courtenay is our Nurse Practitioner based in our practice can treat a wide range of conditions and she is qualified to prescribe from a range of medicines.

If you need to speak to a doctor on the telephone or request a home visit please telephone the Surgery before 10am. You will be asked for your name, telephone number and a brief description of the problem. A Doctor will call you back before 12pm. If your condition deteriorates before the telephone appointment you should telephone the surgery again

If your first language isn't English, you may sometimes need an interpreter or translator to help you understand what is being discussed. This is particularly important if you are having an assessment or receiving medical advice.  Please speak to our receptionist if you need an interpreter.

 

Extended Access Appointments (GP Hub)

Due to changes in our daily lifestyles a late evening and weekend clinic has been established for Camden to help tackle this. There are currently four locations where a patient can go to have an appointment:

Appointments can be booked by calling the GP Hub team directly 020 7391 9979, or you can call the surgery during opening times or by calling 111.

You will need to give consent to have medical records shared, this will allow the Dr you are going to see the information on our system so they can better help you.

If you do need to cancel an appointment please call us or 020 7391 9979 to cancel it, 111 can't do that part for you.
