To make an appointment or submit an administrative or a prescription query, please use the online consultation service below.
For more information about how to use this service, please follow this link.
If your condition is non-urgent, you can expect to see a GP within two working days, though you may have to wait longer if you want to see a particular GP.
If you don’t need an appointment within two working days, you also have the option to book up to 8 weeks in advance if this is more convenient for you.
If your first language isn't English, you may sometimes need an interpreter or translator to help you understand what is being discussed. This is particularly important if you are having an assessment or receiving medical advice. Please speak to our receptionist if you need an interpreter.
Your details and information are protected by the highest standards of online security, so all you need to worry about is what to do with the spare time you’ve earnt.
You can use Patient Access to order repeat prescriptions and access your patient record.

Extended Access Appointments (GP Hub)
Due to changes in our daily lifestyles a late evening and weekend clinic has been established for Camden to help tackle this. There are currently four locations where a patient can go to have an appointment:
Appointments can be booked by calling the GP Hub team directly 020 7391 9979, or you can call the surgery during opening times or by calling 111.
You will need to give consent to have medical records shared, this will allow the Dr you are going to see the information on our system so they can better help you.
If you do need to cancel an appointment please call us or 020 7391 9979 to cancel it, 111 can't do that part for you.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
